Complete your quick setup quiz:

Exploring your dashboard:
Once setup is complete, you’ll land on your dashboard. Here you can view your meal insights, daily goals, and progress, everything in one simple view.

Start the full personalization quiz:
Open the quiz under “Hyper-personalized Plan” and take your time answering each question carefully.
Choose your health goals:

Set your food preferences and sensitivities:
Tell the app what you eat (and what you don’t), from dietary styles to allergies.
Adjust your nutrition focus:
Review your macro and micronutrient settings. OrthoFoodie will automatically create a plan that updates as your progress grows.
Save your plan:
Once finished, your personalized plan will appear in your dashboard, ready to guide your meals and recommendations.

Track your meals effortlessly with OrthoFoodie’s AI scanner. Forget manual logging , just scan your food, and the app does the rest. Each scan will allow you to add your meal to your daily log and gives you instant insights on nutrients and balance.
Here’s what to do:
Open the food scanner:
Tap the camera icon in your dashboard or at the bottom of your home screen.
Scan your meal:
Point your camera at your food or barcode. The app instantly recognizes ingredients and portion sizes.
Check your nutrient breakdown:
After scanning, review your meal’s calories, macros, and micronutrients. Adjust or save to complete your log.
Review your daily summary:
Go to your “Tracking” tab anytime to view your meals, trends, and progress toward your goals.
